Housekeeping Staff

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Housekeeping Staff member to join our hospitality team in Haridwar. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas using dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal techniques.
• Change linens, make beds, replenish towels and guest supplies, and ensure rooms meet company standards.
• Inspect assigned areas for maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Interact politely with guests when required and support teammates during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
• Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and SOPs consistently.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry supplies throughout the shift.
• Basic time‑management and organizational skills.
• Polite and professional demeanor when dealing with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
