Housekeeping Guest Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team in Haridwar. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and perform bathroom cleaning according to hygiene standards.
• Replenish room supplies, change linens, and manage laundry items.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment handling, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to prepare rooms, make beds, handle linen, and restock amenities.
• Good communication skills in English or local languages.
• Attention to detail, organizational ability, and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
