About the role
The Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Floor Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming. This on‑site position plays a key part in maintaining the hotel’s 5‑star standards and delivering a pleasant experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel procedures.
- Replenish supplies, restock linens, and manage room inventory.
- Assist guests with basic requests and ensure their comfort.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Organizational ability to manage cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment.
