About the role

The Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Floor Attendant to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming. This on‑site position plays a key part in maintaining the hotel’s 5‑star standards and delivering a pleasant experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel procedures.
• Replenish supplies, restock linens, and manage room inventory.
• Assist guests with basic requests and ensure their comfort.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Organizational ability to manage cleaning tasks efficiently.
