About the role
The Housekeeping Associate will work on-site at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur, ensuring guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public spaces.
- Make beds, replenish linens and amenities, dust and vacuum.
- Manage laundry items and basic garment care.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and follow housekeeping checklists.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and collaborate with front‑office and housekeeping teams.
Required profile
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks, including cleaning and linen management.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Good organizational skills for workload prioritisation and supply storage.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, lift and move throughout shifts.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
Required skills
- Use of cleaning tools and products.
- Basic garment care.
