About the role

Join Hotel Centre Point, a 5‑star property in Nagpur, as a full‑time Housekeeping Attendant. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for arrival, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exemplary service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces to established hygiene standards.
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and manage linen and laundry items.
• Report maintenance issues and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support special room setups.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑office teams to achieve timely room readiness.
• Follow hotel policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability to manage cleaning schedules and inventory.
• Practical knowledge of laundry handling (sorting, washing, drying, fabric care).
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a sense of responsibility for cleanliness.
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for checklists and safety labels.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
