About the role
As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be at the heart of the hotel, ensuring each guest room is clean, comfortable and ready for a memorable stay. You will contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of hygiene and adding personal touches where possible.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guest rooms to the hotel’s standards.
- Refresh linens, replenish amenities and ensure rooms are fully stocked.
- Respect guest privacy and handle personal belongings with care.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or missing items.
- Take initiative to add personalized experiences for guests.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a welcoming service.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
