Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant will deliver a consistent, high‑quality level of service to guests at Hyatt Regency Pune. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and comfort across assigned areas while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established procedures.
• Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished and presented neatly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
