About the role
Accor is looking for a motivated Housekeeping Associate (GSA) to maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments across our hotel properties. You will play a key part in delivering the high standards of hospitality that our guests expect.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas and executive offices are cleaned to Accor’s hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain a hazard‑free environment and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Use departmental master keys responsibly to safeguard guests and property.
- Provide courteous and helpful service to guests and collaborate with fellow team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor.
Required profile
- Hotel Management degree or diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
