About the role

The Housekeeping Associate will work on‑site at Hotel Centre Point, a 5‑star property in Nagpur. This full‑time position ensures guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and replenishing amenities.
• Handle linen and laundry according to hotel procedures.
• Prepare rooms for events and support banquet setups.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow safety, hygiene and chemical usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.
