Housekeeping Ambassador

About the role
The Housekeeping Ambassador is at the heart of the hotel, responsible for delivering clean and welcoming guest rooms. You will ensure each room meets Accor’s high standards while adding personal touches that enhance the guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to Accor’s established standards.
- Take initiative to personalize the guest experience where possible.
- Respect guests’ privacy and safeguard their belongings while providing exceptional service.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
