Housekeeper Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Housekeeper Attendant to join our heritage retreat in Jodhpur. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry operations, and ensuring that our high housekeeping standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the resort’s standards.
• Handle laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, and ironing.
• Organise and replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and participate in training activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency in laundry services and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills for managing tasks and supplies.
• Willingness to learn and engage in training for professional development.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
