Helper – General Labourer – Dubai

About the role

Consbu Construction Company is seeking motivated Helpers to join a reputable construction firm in Dubai. The position involves supporting daily site operations and ensuring smooth workflow across various tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and basic construction activities.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies within the site premises.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the worksite.
• Support warehouse and storage operations as required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project schedules.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in a hot climate.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in construction, warehouse, or general labour are welcome.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow safety protocols.
