About the role

The Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development will lead the design and execution of talent, learning, organization development and employee experience initiatives across Aditya Birla Health Insurance. The role is pivotal in shaping the company’s purpose, culture and employee value proposition while ensuring robust leadership development and succession planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement nationwide talent and OD interventions aligned with the HR strategy and business agenda.
• Develop and operationalise a competency‑based framework for talent identification, assessment and structured development.
• Drive leadership development programmes and succession planning to create long‑term strategic impact.
• Craft and reinforce the organisation’s purpose, culture, credo and employee value proposition.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure uniform employee coverage and engagement across a wide geographic footprint.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in talent management, organizational development and employee experience.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of designing and delivering large‑scale HR interventions.
• Strong understanding of the health insurance industry and its market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence and partner across functions.
