HR Talent Acquisition & Performance Management Specialist – Pune

About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring effective manpower provision and timely talent acquisition for the cluster, in line with HR policies and business objectives. It focuses on both recruitment and performance management activities to satisfy stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including requisition intake, vacancy verification, and posting on the Poornata system.
• Source candidates through internal portals and external platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and arrange Co‑Cubes or other online assessments.
• Schedule and facilitate interview panels, provide timely feedback to candidates, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage background verification, reference checks, and pre‑employment medical clearances.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment timelines (24‑hour posting, 30‑day internal closure, 45‑day external closure) and internal approval workflows.
• Utilise internal tools like Skill Spotter, ABG Career Portal, and T‑Connect for sourcing and tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and manpower planning.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple business units, hiring managers, and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage interview logistics and candidate experience.
