Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist

About the role

The Talent Management & Learning Operations Specialist ensures smooth execution of global talent and learning processes, driving continuous improvement through digitalisation, automation and AI‑enabled ways of working. The role acts as the operational expert for systems, tools, learning administration and process governance within the TMOD & Learning team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Talent Management cycles in MySuccess, including form routing, workflow tracking and reporting.
• Manage nominations, registrations and participants for internal and external development programmes.
• Act as Global Central Key User for MySuccess Talent and coordinate with MySuccess Learning/LMS.
• Identify and implement process digitalisation, automation and AI use cases, applying tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Ensure data quality, produce standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and visualisations for talent and learning metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development or a related IT/Technology field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, talent management or learning administration, preferably in an international or matrix organisation.
• Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors / MySuccess Talent and/or Learning.
• Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency and ability to apply AI tools responsibly.
