Head of Human Resources – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

Grow Your Staff is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for a prominent Hyderabad‑based automotive and construction equipment dealership group. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will shape people strategy, build high‑performance culture and drive organizational transformation across multiple business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational development and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead succession planning, talent acquisition, employer branding and campus recruitment programs.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks, KPI tracking and leadership development initiatives.
• Assess training needs, deliver learning programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, change management and people‑related decisions.

Required profile

• 12–18 years of total HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead HR functions across multiple divisions, workshops and corporate offices.
• Strong track record of building high‑performance cultures and developing future leaders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working directly with C‑level executives.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad, full‑time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
