Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance function within a fast‑growing organization. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring robust reporting, and driving automation across finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and budgeting cycles.
• Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and cash‑flow management.
• Manage taxation, compliance, and all accounting functions (AP, AR, GL).
• Drive process automation, controls, and governance initiatives.
• Provide strategic financial decision‑making support to stakeholders.
• Supervise a team of three Finance Managers and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in finance process implementation and automation.
• Core expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, cash‑flow management, and compliance.
• Experience in supply‑chain finance and exposure to insurance, banking or financial‑services sectors.
• Strong process orientation and ability to build scalable finance operations.
