Head of Construction (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Construction to lead end‑to‑end construction activities for a reputable real‑estate developer. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, site operations, quality control, and cost management to ensure timely delivery of residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal site teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement quality control procedures and monitor compliance with safety standards.
• Control project costs, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives to address on‑site challenges and mitigate risks.
• Report progress to senior management and ensure projects meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years of experience in construction or project execution.
• Proven experience with a real‑estate developer or firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
