Head of Community & Culture (Pan‑India)

About the role

Tribe Stays is seeking a Head of Community & Culture to shape resident experience across its co‑living properties nationwide. You will define the cultural tone for every city, property, and resident touchpoint, travelling as needed to ensure consistency and connection.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own a pan‑India community and culture framework that respects local nuances while staying true to the Tribe identity.
• Plan and execute an events and programming calendar for all properties, both in‑person and community‑wide.
• Build genuine relationships with residents across locations and foster a sense of belonging to a larger community.
• Manage all resident‑facing communications, including WhatsApp broadcasts, the Tribe app, email, and property‑level channels.
• Document, create and scale SOPs to guarantee a consistent community experience across all sites.
• Collaborate with city teams and operations to close gaps between on‑ground experience and the community promise.
• Problem‑solve in real time across multiple cities with clarity, warmth and good judgment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, events or a related field.
• Fresh, innovative thinking with a willingness to experiment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for residents, teams and leadership.
• Comfortable handling multiple digital communication channels at scale.
• Operationally sharp – able to build systems, write SOPs and stay people‑first.
• Natural connector who thrives in fast‑moving, multi‑location environments.
• Willingness to travel across properties as required.
