Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Manager

About the role

We are building a new lead generation team for a London‑headquartered FinTech business and need a senior manager to create and lead it from the ground up. You will own the full funnel, from first touch to qualified conversations, and work closely with colleagues in London, Cyprus and Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Generate warm leads worldwide via LinkedIn InMail, direct outreach and proprietary email campaigns.
• Run SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation to improve brand visibility on Google and AI search tools.
• Plan, create and schedule LinkedIn and Meta content using automated posting platforms.
• Develop and continuously improve the company website, landing pages and booking journeys.
• Track and report performance metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rates and cost per lead to senior teams in London and Cyprus.
• Recruit, coach and develop a small digital marketing team, set targets and shape the team culture.

Required profile

• Career‑oriented leader with a strong ethical code and sound judgement, especially in a regulated financial sector.
• Broad practical understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team, or clear ambition to do so.
• University degree plus relevant digital‑marketing or technology certifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence to work with senior colleagues internationally.

• SEO, content scheduling tools and website management.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, API and automation work.
• CMS experience, tracking and analytics.
• CRM platforms and lead scoring.
• Familiarity with UK GDPR, PECR and compliant financial communications.
