Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Grawlix is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its Pune division. This full‑time, on‑site role will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for the company’s AI‑driven software and performance‑marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns across search, social and programmatic display channels.
• Develop and maintain social media strategies, content calendars and engagement plans.
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, conduct A/B tests and translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with design, content, development, sales and product teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences and alignment with pipeline goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, create clear reports and drive strategy adjustments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
