Guest Services Associate – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Ronil is looking for a Guest Services Associate to deliver a consistently high level of food and beverage service to our guests. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring every interaction is courteous, professional and tailored to maximize guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage orders to guests in the assigned area, following established service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming work station throughout each shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments and operate point‑of‑sale systems efficiently.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or resort operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
