Guest Service Associate – Food and Beverage Service

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Guest Service Associate in Indore, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests. You will ensure a seamless dining experience by handling orders, setting tables, and maintaining a clean service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages according to event type and service standards.
• Set tables, answer menu questions, and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders and transactions using the MICROS POS system.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the service and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Present accurate checks, process payments, and follow all safety, security, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
