Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping works full‑time on‑site at Radisson Blu Indore, ensuring that guest rooms, corridors and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The role involves direct interaction with guests, handling laundry items and supporting the overall hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, corridors and public areas to brand standards, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing amenities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and handle laundry items such as sorting, washing and caring for linens and guest garments.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols and ensure rooms are ready on time in coordination with housekeeping and front‑office teams.
• Interact courteously with guests, respond to their requests and support a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong housekeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with laundry processes and handling of linens.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn, support new team members and follow hotel standards.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent; prior hospitality experience preferred.
