About the role

As a Guest Service Associate – F&B Service you will be the face of hospitality, interacting with guests and leading a team to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences. The role combines guest service excellence with operational leadership in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise daily duties, delegate tasks and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Liaise with the kitchen to guarantee the highest quality and visual appeal of food served.
• Maintain a seamless guest experience by coordinating service flow and addressing issues promptly.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
