About the role

The Guest Service Agent – Food & Beverage (GSA‑F&B) is the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will support the dining experience by delivering friendly, professional service and ensuring all food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Provide clear, helpful information about menu items and answer guest inquiries.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards consistently.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Deliver food and beverage services in line with departmental standards.
