About the role
Escobar is seeking a Guest Relation Executive to join its dining team in Bandra West, Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional approach.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists efficiently.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers, captains, stewards, and kitchen teams.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and VIP guest relations.
- Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.
- Keep reception and guest areas clean and well‑maintained at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well‑groomed personality with a positive attitude.
- Experience in premium or fine dining hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
