Guest Experience Ambassador

About the role
The Guest Experience Ambassador will support the smooth operation of the guest services department, ensuring that Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards are upheld. Working closely with the Experience Team, you will help create memorable recreational experiences for resort guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the Experience Team in planning, organizing, and monitoring all resort recreational activities.
- Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Certificate or diploma in Leisure Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Activities Coordinator.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
