Graphic Designer – Hospitality Brand Visuals

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our hospitality group in Varanasi. You will shape the visual identity of multiple restaurant brands, producing assets for print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create menus, in‑store signage, packaging, social‑media creatives and digital marketing materials for our food‑and‑beverage concepts.
• Develop brand‑aligned design concepts and ensure visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and brand teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
• Prepare print‑ready files, adapt designs for various formats and manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
• Contribute ideas for brand storytelling, seasonal campaigns and new brand launches.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with a portfolio that demonstrates high‑quality print and digital work.
• Experience in logo design and branding for multiple F&B or retail brands.
• Proficiency in typography and layout principles to create clear, on‑brand communication.
• Hands‑on expertise with industry‑standard design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents).
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, manage time effectively and handle feedback constructively.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
