Graduate Apprentice – Global Supply

About the role

Join Pfizer’s Global Supply division as a Graduate Apprentice and contribute directly to improving patients' lives. You will support a range of administrative and digital initiatives, gaining exposure to both operational processes and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the unit on administrative matters, interpreting and applying internal policies.
• Perform cross‑functional administrative tasks to boost business efficiency.
• Support event planning, customer service, publications, and technical writing/editing.
• Execute digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Medical teams.
• Assist marketing teams during campaign execution, monitoring performance and reporting.
• Maintain local documentation required by legislation and coordinate digital platform management.
• Provide analytical insights, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with norms and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective time‑management and task‑prioritisation abilities.
• Experience with administrative tasks and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision while following established procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital platforms and tools.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot.
