Functional Specialist – Source-to-Pay (SAP MM)

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Specialist for Source-to-Pay (S2P) with deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) on both R/3 and S/4 HANA platforms. You will work closely with plant teams and Bosch Digital to adopt and extend our S2P process templates, ensuring smooth rollout and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Gain competency in the S2P process template (SAP MM R/3 & S/4 HANA) and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from users, proposing process improvements and identifying gaps.
• Coordinate with design‑build teams and Bosch Digital to implement custom requirements and define rollout scope for each plant.
• Support data migration activities, including sample and mass uploads, and validate test cases.
• Execute test cycles, create and track test defects, and support cut‑over activities.
• Provide hyper‑care support: train key users, prepare demos, and produce user manuals, training materials, and process documentation.
• Participate in process‑standardisation initiatives and collaborate with the PIA Lead to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SAP MM (R/3 and S/4 HANA) in a Source‑to‑Pay environment.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in data migration, testing, and cut‑over planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of training and supporting end users.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
