About the role

We are looking for a reliable full‑time Dishwasher to join the kitchen team at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our 5‑star property is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning of dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Sanitize all items according to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and surrounding kitchen spaces.
• Manage waste segregation, recycling, and proper disposal.
• Store cleaned items in designated locations to ensure easy access for service staff.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, equipment setup, and other support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work standing for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety, including safe handling of chemicals and hot surfaces.
