About the role
Sunil Arora & Associates is seeking a full‑time Chartered Accountant specialized in direct tax matters. The role offers the opportunity to work on litigation, assessments and regulatory defence for a diverse client base, helping them navigate complex tax notices and proceedings.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and draft precise submissions, responses and appeals against tax authority notices, including scrutiny assessments, rectifications and reassessments.
- Represent the firm and its clients in assessment proceedings before tax officers, CIT(A) and appellate forums.
- Assist in litigation and regulatory defence related to direct taxes.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax legislation and procedural changes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of post‑qualification experience in a CA firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a professional practice environment.
