Full Stack React Developer

About the role

BIZ Nest is looking for a skilled React and backend developer to join its team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux Saga middleware and server-side technologies. The role covers designing, developing, testing and deploying scalable and maintainable web and mobile applications with high performance, security and cross-platform optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex React applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Implement Redux Saga middleware to manage application state and side effects
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries, and turn designs and wireframes into scalable code
• Optimize components for performance across web-capable devices and browsers
• Develop, maintain and optimize back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Design RESTful APIs and ensure efficient, secure data exchange between client and server
• Write unit tests with Jest or Mocha and maintain code quality through code reviews
• Mentor junior developers, create technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of React development experience and 4 years of full-stack development with a portfolio of web and mobile apps
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; relevant experience may be considered instead
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Required skills

• JavaScript and TypeScript, with Redux Saga, React Router, Redux and unit testing (Jest or Mocha)
• Databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and caching mechanisms
• Back-end languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, PHP and frameworks such as Node.js
• Mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java
• Git and version control
