Full Stack .NET Lead (Core, ReactJS, Azure)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to design and deliver enterprise‑grade full‑stack applications. The role combines architecture ownership, hands‑on development, and team mentorship in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document high‑level and low‑level architecture for scalable, secure .NET Core and ReactJS solutions.
• Lead backend development with .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server, and create robust RESTful APIs.
• Guide front‑end development using ReactJS and TypeScript, ensuring performance and best‑practice implementation.
• Mentor cross‑functional teams, conduct design and code reviews, and drive agile delivery with product owners and scrum masters.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of software development experience with proven lead responsibilities.
• Strong full‑stack expertise in .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated ability to design high‑performance, secure, cloud‑native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as OpenAI APIs, GitHub Copilot, or other LLM‑based development is a plus.
