Staff Engineer – .NET Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with deep expertise in .NET Core and ReactJS to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance full‑stack applications while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server‑side applications using .NET Core, C#, and MVC.
• Implement front‑end features with ReactJS and integrate them with back‑end services.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level design documents for complex solutions.
• Write, optimise, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and dynamic SQL.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure optimal performance of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Apply micro‑services architecture, containerisation, and Azure cloud services for scalable solutions.
• Manage source code with version‑control systems and perform thorough debugging.
• Follow Scrum‑based agile practices to deliver incremental improvements.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of hands‑on full‑stack or back‑end development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork.
