About the role
We are looking for a Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile teams at NationsBenefits in Hyderabad. You will drive platform modernization initiatives, mentor teams in Scrum practices, and ensure high‑quality product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑project activities, manage resources, and track dependencies.
- Monitor program progress, report risks and issues, and present status updates to leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in the IT industry, with a development background preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
