Full Stack Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end features for client‑facing systems, covering everything from user experience to backend integration. Working in a cloud‑first, agile environment, the engineer will apply innovative technologies to solve complex business challenges and improve client services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive system features spanning UI to backend services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate actively in team discussions, providing solutions to technical problems.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing and adherence to development standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• At least 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree).
• Ability to work independently and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with cloud‑native application development and deployment.
• Understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex system integrations.
