Full Stack Developer (Python + React Native)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Full Stack Developer to join our in‑house tech team in Mumbai. You will collaborate directly with the founders and product team to design, build, and scale our technology platform, covering mobile applications, backend services, dashboards, APIs, and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Build scalable backend systems with Python and the Frappe Framework.
• Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs for mobile apps and third‑party services.
• Create and enhance dashboards, internal tools, and operational systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Participate in product planning and technical decision‑making.
• Translate business requirements into functional products alongside the founders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
