About the role

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate‑level position responsible for designing, building, and enhancing web‑based applications using modern UI technologies. Working within the Technology team of a global financial services organization, you will contribute to system analysis, coding, testing, and deployment of production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define system enhancements using knowledge of application development procedures.
• Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and write code to meet design specifications.
• Develop and maintain component‑based UI solutions using Angular, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement streaming and real‑time experiences such as live updates and progress indicators.
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI‑first experiences, including chat and agentic workflows.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a cross‑functional team.
