Founder’s Office Associate – Community & Growth

About the role

Join DigiRDP’s Founder’s Office to drive visibility, community engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. You will work directly with the founder, owning end‑to‑end projects that blend community building, outreach, and data‑driven marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute community initiatives, including online/offline workshops on cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and related topics.
• Manage registrations, attendee communications, post‑event follow‑up, and grow the WhatsApp and other community platforms.
• Reach out to startup founders, colleges, incubators, and tech groups to schedule knowledge‑sharing sessions and build long‑term partnerships.
• Own Reddit marketing efforts: identify relevant subreddits, create authentic engagement, track performance, and report weekly.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research; build reports and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to automate workflows and generate data‑backed recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong execution mindset.
• Comfortable coordinating with external stakeholders and making outbound calls.
• Analytical, problem‑solving attitude with a curiosity for new tools.
• Self‑directed learner who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity.
• Reddit marketing and community engagement.
• Basic design tools like Canva or Figma (optional).
