Forward Deployed Architect (AI)

About the role

Bridge Talent is recruiting senior, architect-level AI-Focused Partner Deployed Engineers (Partner DEs) to accelerate enterprise adoption of next-generation AI software engineering platforms. The role works closely with Global Systems Integrators, solution architects, delivery leads and engineering teams to deploy and scale AI coding agents such as Devin and Windsurf across enterprise customers. It is a remote, contract position based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, workshops and hands-on training for AI tool adoption
• Translate customer use cases into actionable AI workflows and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and give real-time technical guidance to clients
• Relay customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams
• Support integrations, custom configurations and pilot deployments
• Build client self-sufficiency through documentation and knowledge sharing

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical customer roles or AI enablement
• Architect-level expertise able to design and deliver solutions for complex, evolving challenges
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale systems and architectures, and exposure to large multinational organizations
• Degree from a top-ranked university preferred; demonstrated career stability (minimal job hopping)
• Willingness to travel

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms and workflows
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java.NET, etc.) and APIs
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Nice to have: LLM / prompt engineering experience, enterprise SaaS exposure, consulting or solution engineering background
