About the role

UNU AS is expanding and seeks experienced foremen to lead concrete and timber projects on site. In this key position you will drive progress, ensure quality, and manage teams in close collaboration with the project manager.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily work on construction sites.
• Guarantee health, safety and environmental standards, as well as quality and timely execution.
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate internal routines, standards and documentation.
• Manage staffing, team composition and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational certificate (fagbrev) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in project or supervisory roles within construction.
• Proactive, takes initiative and gets things done.
• Comfortable using digital tools and willing to work away from home for periods.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital construction tools (e.g., project planning software).
