Senior Program Planner (Scheduler)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Planner (Scheduler) to lead the planning and scheduling activities for large-scale construction projects. The role involves developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules to ensure timely delivery and support claim management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor detailed project and programme schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress, critical path, milestones and identify potential delays.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards and programme-level updates for stakeholders.
• Support delay analysis and the preparation/review of claim schedules.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling documentation standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive programme/project planning experience.
• At least 5 years on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in delay claim analysis and claim schedule preparation.
• Involvement in at least two similar projects within the last ten years.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Familiarity with web-based scheduling tools and programme management dashboards.
