About the role

UNU AS is seeking an experienced Project Leader to manage construction projects in the Nordfjord and Ålesund regions. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control building projects from start to finish.
• Prepare cost estimates and contribute to tender processes.
• Maintain close communication with owners and clients.
• Ensure project progress, financial control, and quality standards.
• Manage health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
• Play a central role in the company’s growth and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and operating construction projects.
• Relevant education in building and construction (bachelor, master or vocational).
• Structured, collaborative, and financially savvy.
• Experience with concrete work is a strong advantage.
