Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Deputy Programme Director cum Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of the multidisciplinary infrastructure works for the Kopparthy Industrial Area (KIA) project in Andhra Pradesh. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will ensure that roads, drainage, sewerage, power, water and waste‑treatment facilities are built on time, to quality standards and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level technical and project‑management support to the Programme Director.
• Lead the design, tendering, construction and commissioning of roads, drainage, sewerage, power supply, water‑treatment (WTP), sewage‑treatment (STP/CETP) and solid‑waste systems.
• Coordinate with design consultants, EPC contractors, government authorities and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, technical issues and interface points across all infrastructure packages.
• Identify risks, resolve technical conflicts and support timely decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and client requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary technical teams and foster effective cross‑package coordination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Infrastructure Management or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering and project delivery.
• Proven leadership on large‑scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
• International exposure is an advantage.
