About the role

Nidhaana, a wellness sanctuary in Bengaluru, is seeking a full‑time Food Server to join its dining team. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience aligned with the centre’s mindful living philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their seats.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle payment transactions and issue receipts.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Uphold Nidhaana’s wellness and sustainability standards throughout service.

Required profile

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Passion for wellness and hospitality.
• Flexible to work weekends and shifts.
• High school diploma preferred.
