About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Food & Beverage Service (GSA) professional. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests in a hotel restaurant environment, ensuring standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, set tables according to standards, and prepare side stations.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at the correct temperature.
• Apply HACCP and hotel food‑safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and uphold personal hygiene standards.
• Upsell and promote menu items, cross‑sell other dining venues, and remember guest preferences when possible.
• Clear and tidy tables promptly, manage stock requisitions, and report any complaints or incidents to management.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and participate in briefings, trainings, and safety drills.

Required profile

• Completed industrial training.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
