Food & Beverage Server – Full Time

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Food & Beverage Server, delivering high‑quality service to guests in a dynamic hotel environment. You will be responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their meals and beverages while maintaining the standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, setting tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu‑related questions, communicate special dietary needs, and coordinate with the kitchen on order status and product availability.
• Record transactions in the MICROS POS system at the time of order and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check in with guests throughout the service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies, and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
