Food and Beverage Steward

About the role

White Copper Hospitality is looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Steward to join its dynamic team in Pune. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the smooth operation of dining rooms and catering services across the company’s portfolio of restaurants and events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
• Replenish food and beverage stations throughout service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Assist service staff during peak times and perform basic food and beverage preparation as directed.
• Receive, stock, and organize supplies, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to deliver high‑quality guest experiences.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation with the ability to interact courteously with guests.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Effective teamwork and clear communication skills.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift supplies as needed.
• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
